Actor Angad Hasija, currently essaying the role of Yash Vardhan in Studio LSD's drama series Tumm Se Tumm Tak, recently shared his perspectives on maintaining long-term success in the entertainment industry. For Hasija, sustained career longevity relies heavily on professional ethics, interpersonal relationships, and mutual respect on set rather than artistic talent alone.

This guidance led Hasija to treat every member of a production crew—from directors and co-stars to spot boys and assistant directors—with consistent respect.

"For me, being a good person means respecting everyone on set," Hasija explained. "It doesn't matter whether it's your co-star, a spot boy, the assistant directors, the production team, or the director. Every interaction counts. People notice how you behave, and over time that becomes your identity."

Hasija noted that professional trust is earned gradually through repeated positive collaborations. His current casting as Yash Vardhan marks his third project with director Yusuf Ansari and his second venture with production house Studio LSD, following his stint in Suman Indori. He attributed these recurring opportunities to the mutual faith and strong rapport established with producers and creative heads over multiple years.
