London Book of World Records International President Kartik Paliwal Honors SSP Dr. Manjunath T.C. for Exceptional Administrative Leadership

Nainital Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dr. Manjunath T.C. (IPS) has been officially conferred with the Certificate of Appreciation for “Excellence in Administrative Leadership and Public Service” by the London Book of World Records.  

The international honor was presented by Mr. Kartik Paliwal, International President of the London Book of World Records, in recognition of the officer's dedicated contributions to administrative management and public safety.  

This award recognizes SSP Dr. Manjunath T.C.’s strategic decision-making, effective administrative oversight, exemplary policing standards, and consistent focus on citizen-centric governance in Nainital district. Under his tenure, the district police force has consistently focused on public service, law enforcement, and streamlined safety operations during major regional events.
