The promotional campaign for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming cinematic project, Love & War, reached another milestone with the official release of Vicky Kaushal’s first-look character poster. The reveal completes the initial look unveilings for the primary trio, following previous character posters featuring co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

In the newly revealed poster, Kaushal presents a rugged, brooding appearance, featuring facial scars, a dark collared shirt, and an intense gaze directed toward the camera. Holding a Zippo-style lighter while lighting a cigarette, the visual styling marks a distinct shift from Kaushal’s recent screen roles, bringing a gritty, antagonist-like tension to the overall canvas.

The official poster reveal follows the release of character looks for Ranbir Kapoor—portrayed driving a vintage sports car with a visible arm injury—and Alia Bhatt, depicted in a 1970s-inspired retro cabaret performer avatar. Together, the three character reveals establish the visual language and distinct personality dynamics of Bhansali's period backdrop.

Love & War represents the first collaboration between Vicky Kaushal and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, while reuniting Kaushal with his former co-stars Ranbir Kapoor (Sanju) and Alia Bhatt (Raazi). Produced under the Bhansali Productions banner, the romantic drama has wrapped principal photography.
