​‘Bigg Boss’ Fame Soniya Bansal Joins the Star-Studded Cast of ‘Malamaal Weekly 2’

Actress Soniya Bansal, known for her work across Hindi and Telugu cinema, web series, and reality television, has officially joined the cast of the upcoming comedy sequel Malamaal Weekly 2. The project is scheduled to go on floors in November 2026 under the direction of Amit Joshi, who previously helmed Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.

The sequel features an expansive ensemble cast including Parineeti Chopra, Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shirodkar, Elvish Yadav, Fardeen Khan, and Mahesh Manjrekar. Along with veteran actress Esha Deol, Soniya Bansal represents one of the latest high-profile additions to the film's cast list.

Bansal's feature film credits include titles such as Naughty Gang, Game 100 Crore Ka, Dubki, and Dheera, alongside her appearance in the action web series Shoorveer.
