Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Unveil Romantic Track ‘Samjho Na’ from ‘The Vvaan’
Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah launched 'Samjho Na', the first romantic track from their upcoming folklore-fantasy film 'The Vvaan', at a star-studded Mumbai event.
The makers of the upcoming film The Vvaan unveiled its first romantic song, Samjho Na, at a launch event in Mumbai on September 3. Shifting focus from the film's core themes of folklore, supernatural mystery, and forbidden forests, the track highlights the romantic narrative between lead actors Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia. Singer Jubin Nautiyal joined the duo on stage, performing live for the gathered crowd.
Composed and produced by Tanishk Bagchi, Samjho Na features lead vocals by Jubin Nautiyal and Suvarna Tiwari, with lyrics written by Manoj Muntashir. The technical production includes live instrumental arrangements by Krishna Kishor, alongside mixing and mastering handled by Eric Pillai at Future Sound of Bombay.
The project represents a joint production venture bringing together TVF’s Arunabh Kumar, director Deepak Mishra, and Ektaa R Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms Ltd. Inspired by regional folklore and mythology—a universe further expanded through The Legend of Vvaan comic book series—the film integrates elements of action, fantasy, and adventure designed for mainstream theatrical audiences.
Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures in association with TVF and 11.11 Production, The Vvaan features a screenplay by Arunabh Kumar and direction by Deepak Mishra, with Manu Anand serving as Director of Photography. The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar, and Niraj Kothari.
The Vvaan is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide on September 25, 2026.
