The crime thriller feature The Whisper Man has officially premiered on Netflix, offering global audiences direct streaming access to the multi-starrer project. The film stars veteran actor Robert De Niro alongside Michael Keaton and Michelle Monaghan. The narrative is adapted from Alex North’s bestselling fictional novel of the same name, centering around local folklore and a nursery rhyme warning residents of a figure known as "The Whisper Man."

The plot follows Tom Kennedy, a widowed crime novelist whose eight-year-old son goes missing shortly after moving into a new town. To track down his son, Kennedy turns to his estranged father, Pete Willis, a retired detective who previously investigated and apprehended a serial killer operating under the same moniker decades earlier. The investigation gradually reveals operational links between the historic case and the recent abduction.

The Whisper Man marks a rare on-screen reunion for Robert De Niro and Michael Keaton, who last appeared together in Quentin Tarantino’s 1997 feature Jackie Brown. The supporting cast includes Michelle Monaghan, bringing additional experience from major studio franchises to the atmospheric investigation.
